Our Legacy

American Surplus & Manufacturing (AS&M), better known as Ice Castle Fish Houses, has been building industry-leading fish houses in Minnesota since 1993. What started as a small operation producing sheds and doghouses evolved into one of the most recognized names in the ice fishing industry after the company's first fish houses on wheels sold out in 1997.

Over the years, Ice Castle has continued to innovate by introducing features such as air conditioning, fresh and wastewater holding tanks, and true all-season RV capabilities. Since earning RVIA certification in 2010, Ice Castle has grown into the premier manufacturer of wheel houses, offering durable, comfortable, and feature-rich models built to withstand the harshest weather conditions while delivering exceptional comfort wherever your adventures take you.
