The Delivery Process
Every boat we sell is water tested twice before it reaches your driveway. First, an on water pre delivery inspection performed by the technician who rigged your boat, confirming every system operates correctly. Second, an on water customer orientation, where we walk you through every feature and function on the water rather than in a parking lot.
Warranty Service That Does Not Make You Wait
At most dealerships, warranty work gets queued behind everything else, and a two, four, or even six week wait is not unusual. River City Sports takes a different approach with a dedicated warranty technician who has more than thirty five years of experience, available exclusively for our customers warranty needs.
